All Sales Are Final

Once an order is placed, it is final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including change of mind, incorrect size selection, or dissatisfaction with the product.
A 3.5% non-refundable transaction fee applies to all orders to cover payment processing costs. This fee is not refundable under any circumstance.

No Size Exchanges

Please select your size carefully. Size exchanges are not allowed once an order has been processed. This ensures consistent operations and a fair shopping experience for all customers.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified after they have been placed. Review your cart thoroughly before checkout.

Customised Products

Personalised or customised items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects.

Shipping & Handling

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. In the case of a defective item, StockDrop does not cover the cost of shipping a replacement.

Limited Warranty

We provide a limited warranty against manufacturing defects only. This does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or improper care.
